Solenoid valve Codeiron™ – Technical characteristics:

Designed for CNG dispensers, the Codeiron solenoid valve allows the electrical opening and closing of the gas line,

cutting off the gas supply when the charge is complete.

One solenoid valve is used for each charging hose.

It is designed for an effective closure of the gas line.

Low power consumption of just 0.5 amp. ,it preserves the electronic boards of the dispenser.

High loading speed thanks to its excellent gas flow.

Made entirely of stainless steel and supplied with its kits basic and complete repair extend service life.

The break away valve high flow for NGV dispensers, is a safety valve,

for the disconnection of the charge hose and quick closing of the gas line in the event of an accident.

Break away valve is used in the main charging hose of the dispenser, and it fulfills the function that

if the hose is tractioned by the vehicle with a force of between 40 to 60 kg it will automatically disconnect.

The advantage of this valve is that it has a design that gives it effective operation and higher loading speed thanks to its excellent gas flow.

It is also made entirely of stainless steel, and has a repair kit, which gives it a long useful life.

It is presented according to the required flow rates in the 1/2 npt, and  1 npt, female versions.

VENT LINE CODEIRON™

Break away vent line valve Codeiron™ – Technical characteristics:

The break away valve of venting of gnv supplier, is a safety valve, of quick decoupling of hose in case of an accident. It is used in the second hose of the spout, called the return or vent hose, and this valve has the function of preventing the vehicle from starting the spout in case the vehicle tries to withdraw with the hose still connected. If that happens, the valve automatically disengages and releases the section of hose connected to the vehicle, as it undergoes traction by the latter between 30 and 40 kg of force. The advantage of this valve is that unlike others on the market, it has a design that gives it an effective operation. It is also made entirely of stainless steel, which gives it a longer life, compared to other brands on the market that are bronze valves and wear faster. At the same time they have the problem of decoupling themselves, without there being a traction, or worse, that they do not disengage because they are locked by starting the dispenser. It has a repair kit, so its useful life is very long. It comes in a version of 1/4 npt, female connection. (see attached technical sheet).

LINE FILTER CODEIRON™

Line filter  Codeiron™ – Technical characteristics:

The gnv supplier line filter  is a solid filter whose filter element retains solid particles larger than 50 microns. This filter prevents clogging of the pipes and pipes of the spout, preventing damage to the internal parts of the valves, especially the three-way load valve and the mass meters. One filter per dispenser is generally used, but up to two can be used. The advantage of this filter is that unlike others on the market, it has a design that gives it an effective operation, with high cleaning performance, due to its cartridge with a larger filtering surface. It is also made entirely of stainless steel, which gives it a longer life, compared to other brands on the market that are bronze valves and wear faster. In turn, these other brands of filters have the problem because they are frequently clogged and the technician ends up emptying the interior of the same, which means that the supplier is unprotected. EXCESS FLOW VALVE  CODEIRON™

Excess flow valve Codeiron™ – Technical characteristics:

In all installations and in storage or transport tanks for pressurized liquefied gases (liquefied petroleum gases, ammonia, anhydrous, carbon dioxide, etc.) it is important to insert excess flow valves in order to prevent possible accidents and large losses caused by broken pipes or conduction lines. The excess flow valves allow the passage of liquid or steam in both directions but the flow is only controlled in only one direction, as indicated by the arrow stamped on the valve body. If the flow in this direction exceeds a predetermined value, its closure occurs. The excess flow valve will remain closed until the pressures on both sides of the closing disc are approximately equal (ie until the pressure at the valve inlet is equal to the pressure at the outlet thereof). When the cause that caused the excessive flow ceases, the pressures will be balanced through a minimum passage that allows the valve disk and will reopen it. When a conduction line breaks, the pressures cannot be balanced by keeping the valve closed with a minimum flow passage. The closing disc has a minimum passage that makes it possible for the pressures at the inlet and outlet of the valve to be balanced, but this determines that these valves are not fully closed, that is, they are not zero closing valves. In all the entrances and exits of liquids or steam of the tanks and in those places where it is desired to have an element that controls losses due to broken pipes, it is advisable to place excess flow valves. The valves intended for the outputs and product inlets of the tanks must be mounted directly on the couplings or flanges of the openings without placing intermediate fittings. Never use pipes of dimensions smaller than that of the selected excess flow valve. The choice of the excess flow valve to be used must be made considering the necessary flow, the size of the pipe and the accessories to be installed. A practical norm of very common application in installation projects advises to select the excess flow valves with a closing flow 50% higher than the normal working flow. In the table on p. The corresponding flow rates are indicated for each valve model operating in the liquid or steam pipe. Excess flow valves must be tested before the installation is released and periodically with intervals not exceeding one year. The test consists of simulating the breakage of a line by quickly opening the nearest bypass valve after the valve to be checked. If the excess flow valve closes under these conditions it can be considered normal operation. Depending on their application, they are built entirely in bronze or stainless steel; in all cases with stainless steel spring.

LOAD VALVE CODEIRON™

Three way load valve Codeiron™ – Technical characteristics:

The three-way load valve CNG codeiron, is a three-way spherical valve that allows the manual opening and closing of the same for the passage of gas. A loading valve is used for each outlet hose. The advantage of this valve is that unlike others on the market, it has a design that gives it an effective operation, performing many more opening and closing cycles than other valves. In addition, it is light and smooth for the rotation of its handle, so it makes it easy to operate. Its excellent manufacturing materials, (made entirely of stainless steel and peek) give a longer duration to its sphere and closing seats, avoiding losses, and an unbreakable high impact handle. Other brands on the market are made of bronze and wear faster. In turn, the handles are broken because they are very hard plastics. The load peak nz pattern peru, is the part of the gnv dispenser that connects the hose to the vehicle to be loaded with gas. It is made of stainless steel, and has the advantage over other peaks in the market, in that it has micro holes that provide better sealing of the o’rins preventing gas leaks during loading. In turn, its excellent machining with a precision finish allows o’rings to last much longer without breaking. It comes in versions of 1/4 npt, female. (see attached technical sheet).
